Don't  Photocopy,be creative. 
Creativity  will mean:

1.1 Have your Product from the scratch and improve it.
1.2 Search for the NEED of the  product and improvise as a musicians will call it.

2.Photocopying means 
taking someone's  product and register  through  your name without  the Owner's Permission that is plagiarism.

3.Photocopying does not only undermine you but it's an insult and you are regarded  as a thief and there's a possibility  of  prosecution

4.What to avoid when creating  your Product?
4.1Have your own open mind.
Identify  the variables  which correlate to each other.Yes, it is possible  when you create your own machine.

4.2 Some devices are registered,some are not.You must know  that if you take the already existing  devices the Owner may or may not dissambly.It is better to play on the safer side.Example a Mop device may be converted to a massaging machine.
It can be easily suspected.Apply for the Permission  Rights from the original Company.So if you negotiate  you may be given the Rights and  discuss  about sharing the profits  for how long.All this should be written down with the endorsement   of Legal Firm.
