A Person who is organised can be seen through

1.Decision taken in time.

2.Understand the circumstances.

3.Does not blame others  for their mistakes even

self committed mistakes

4.This Person is focused

5.Ourweighs the problem

6.This Person knows the Time and Timing.

7.Learns from others

8.Learns from the past mistakes.

9.Accomodates the majority or convince them with the reality.

10.Remains calm always

1.Decision taken in time.

This person is visionary and look beyond what is happening.He/She knows which decision should be taken immediately in order to avoid any crisis.

2.Does not blame others 

If there's any mistake,this person will refer to the minutes which were taken as well the implementation program and how the decision was navigated.

3.Understand the circumstances 

The production, personnel kept on changing because of the then circumstances which were difficult to avoid then.

This person will put the learning curve which will take everybody.

4.This Person is focused 

The focus originates from the leadership.

It is important to have the kind of leadership which is focused.

5.Outweigh the Problem 

The Problems are not the same.

There are problems which  need immediate solution There are those problems which can be 

bypassed temporarily.Some of these problems consists of layers meaning you have to solve the first problem before you cannot pass to the next one.

6.Timing and Time

Some of the decisions should not be announced 

because of

1.Wrong Time

2.No resources to implement the decision.The financial investment need to mature.The Time is not right financially.

3.Possibility of  misunderstanding.

4.Some issues should be solved first like Human

Resources or Finance.

7.Learns from others

There's no unique project which cannot be compared in the past.A wise person would look at the past and how that project was led it's success

 and challenges.

8.Learns from the past mistakes 

There's no perfect project.

There will be minor mistakes and learn how it was solved and perhaps why was it left hanging.

9.Accomidate the majority 

In order to make a success of any program,the majority must be taken on board.Iron out any problem,doubts and questions.

Moreover motivate and raise the hope.

10.Remains calm 

Remember you will be talking to the Human beings.They will react differently towards you say.

Some will respond in a harsh way or in a calm way.Display the leadership qualities.
